If its on the grille I use blackening spice and lemon juice, but all the ways I made it. It was always hard to beat pan fried in a lil butter good ole salt and pepper, cheese grits on the side of course
.

I broil a lot of my fish. Filets, depending on thickness go 12-20 minutes, rarely more at 350. On the grill, I'd look for a milky discharge from the fish and would immediately removen
