Default Home Port move to orange beach.

Very well maybe moving our home port from Destin to Orange beach, any info or detail on Bear point Marina, seems like a nice place and reasonable.

Thanks

Give Romar Marina a look. Don't know any thing about the one you're asking about. But the guys at Romar are about as good as it gets. Make you feel like family and everyone looks out for one another. Short run to the pass as well.

Both are fine. What kind of boat and where do you come from?

Barber Marina in Elberta is 5 min fro Bear Pt and is brand new and very nice.

Thanks Guys,

From Atl, but boating/fishing Destin waters for 20yrs, may have contract on condo in Perdido Key, slips are small and can't get under Ono island bridge with tower/antennas, boat is 33 Wellcraft sportbridge/t 300 Cummins, From looking at the Sat pic, looks like quite a few sandbars/shallow water I have to learn to get to Perdido pass.

Holiday Harbor Marinais in on Perdido Key. Like anywhere there are tricky places but channel markers your whole way from Perdido to Pass, pretty simple once you've done it a few times.

Agree w/ Off Route, OB Marina and Sportsman are our two nicest(i.e showers, laundry, etc...) but also $$$. No dry storage at OB Marina if you're going that route. HHM is about 1/2 way n/w pcola and al pt passes.

Shoot me a pm when you're heading this way and I'll be glad to show you around.
