HIN Numbers

Does anyone know a site that can search Hull Identification Numbers. My boat is a thompson carrera 205, but in 1989 they didnt make a 205 they made a 200 though. My boat says 205 on it, but i'm kind of wondering if there is anyway to search the hin to see what it says about it.

All I know about is the USCG Recall database but I doubt that will tell you what you want.

I can tell you that the last two digits are the year it was made. Sometimes they are titled incorrectly.
