I've got a Lowrance HDS-5 Gen 1 on my flats boat that I haven't been able to use very much. Hope things turning around a bit so that I can get some use out of the boat and have a question about this unit. Been looking in the Operations Guide and have not been able to see a way to be able to track the distance traveled during a trip. I just would like to have a 'trip log' that would show the total of the miles until it is reset.

Anybody got a way to set the HDS-5 to do this?
