Going Scalloping in Horseshoe Bch Fla.

My best friend has rented a house down near Horseshoe Beach and we are going down to scallop and fish...anyone have any pointers or connections down that way? It is about 115 miles south of Tallahasse...anyway just wondering...looking forward to going!

we got three boats going and it should be fun! We are also going inshore fishing, flounder gigging, and gonna eat like hell!

Is that close to St Vincent island or Apalachicola?

No its further East, down the west coast...almost due west of Gainesville. About 120 miles across the Gulf almost due East of Apalachicola. One of the few West coast places I know. Had a friend in the military that came from a littleNE of there...Cross City.
