I don't know if this a cell-phone or not, but you could always text-message bomb them if it is. FYI...this really pisses people off and could cost somebody without unlimited text a lot of money. It's not something I would advise doing to anybody that you call a friend...

Google "text message bomb" for details.

If they're an unlisted number you will have to pay a service in order to do a reverse number lookup.

was the number blocked?? or did it show up on the caller ID?
