I've got my Twic also looking to do the same thing I've got 5 years as a deckhand in alaska and just got my twice today I am going to go to every extent humanly possible and affordable to get on a boat or in a port, good luck to you! This forum is very helpful also, I am about to be hired on as a cook as a restaurant until i get something simply because i see tons of COOK jobs on vessels also and I'm a damn good cook lol.
