LED is considered the top. If you want to see for yourself, go to Best Buy and look at Plasma vs. LCD vs. LED all next to each other, and you will see exactly what I mean. Thats why I ended up bying a samsung LED.
Then I figured, spending that much money, why be pissed in a couple years when it's outdated, so I got the 3-D model.
Holy shit...bad ass. Goin to a 3-D movies is great, but when you got 55" of projected (vs. reflected picture like at the movies) at the foot of your bed and stuff jumping out at you..damn.
There ain't much out in the way of tru 3-D blu-ray or cable programming for it yet, but there will be. And you can also have it make anything you watch on TV or disk be synthesized 3-D. Not as good as tru obviously, but still pretty cool, especially with nature shows on HD channels
Hmmm...have yet to run some porn thru it!
