Yes. that part is being vacuum bagged.

Now i think maybe you mis typed? is your question Can it be hand laid? The answer is Yes also, but you get such a nice part by vacuum bagging it and anytime I can vacuum bag something I do. You get zero voids and a lighter weight part.

There are a few other things to this in making a part, especially if your making short sections and butting them together.

It's to much to write here, but I will explain it if you come talk to me and I will show you some samples too.
your right it was a typo. I'm still stuck up here in VA till the doc releases me . I'm doing some reading up on vacumbagging now .I think I'm gonna get a set up. It's not a terrible amount of money for a good setup considering what can be done with it .
