While pirate@40something made the foot oil change sound very simple, there is a few things to be aware of.
Using the correct size screwdriver to get the plugs out is important. Not using the correct size screwdriver can get you in trouble with a striped plug.
I bought a S-K screwdriver many many years ago just to fit those plugs. It is very large and has a square shank. A 3/8in open end wrench will fit the square shank.
You put the screwdriver in the slot and then pop the end of the screwdriver with a hammer to shock the threads of the plug. Then put the wrench on the shaft and turn the plug to break it loose.
It's like using a hammer impact driver, but I haven't seen one of those with a big enough blade to fit the screw. That doesn't mean it's not out there. I just have not looked for one in many many years.
