RE: need tanks
If you'll be happy with AL tanks, just keep an eye on craigslist. There seems to almost always be some for sale on there at good prices.
Just be sure to check the manufacturer and original hydro date.
The dive shops will not fill some of the older tanks... I don't remember the brand or the date, but 1988 seems to ring a bell as the cut-off.
