They did bust a kayak stealing ring in Tampa. Maybe Kirk's kayak was involved and it can be recovered.
I heard the kayak was sold and ready to be picked up. When that happened, Kirk more than made up the difference bynot only getting the guy a brand new kayak to replace the used demo he had purchased, but upgraded him to a PA!
