I refinish the 706's and many more of the old spinfisher reels and I do have two brand new power handles for the 706/704 now. The only problem is that the damn things are so expensive. I will sell you one for 35 (thats what I bought them for)and if you need it shipped then it will be extra. You should be able to look online to compare prices if you can find one.
