I'm a native of Milton, Fl. for the past 45 years, and have been eating frozen mullet every time they come up. I haven't had any problems.

Skinned and deboned is the best way and of course dipped in mustard and FRIED with Zatarains Seasoned Fish Fry. Yum:letsdrink
