What a horrible story. Makes two of us spear em, not a very good analogy. I'm quite sure I have never had to give my Glock a live rabbit to eat either.
Snakes don't make good pets, sorry to all of the snake dukes on this forum, I know you are out there and will pile on me promptly. I don't mind small non venomous snakes in my yard either, I'm not some a hole who is of the "only good snake is a dead snake" mentality so save those comments. But I don't think anyone should have large snakes that kill & eat small animals instinctively in an aquarium or some other "enclosure" in their homes. Its simply ridiculous.
Yeah snake guy, we see you, you're mysterious, you have snake, very cool. Trust me, your friends who don't have snakes think its weird too, they don't tell you that, but they do. And no, no one over the age of 12 wants to touch it either. That is what Zoos are for.

That's funny as hell. In my younger days I had some small snakes as pets, so I guess I fall into that category somewhat. But, I think I know about the REAL snake people out there. Usually has a pony tail and very much into World of Warcraft, keeps snakes because he thinks it makes him "edgy."
