A couple long range forecast models are putting a storm south of Cuba in a week or so. This is a screen shot of the forecast model called the GFS out to 162 hours (6.75 days). Many times these models pan out to show something that never happens. But two models (GFS and NGP) are now showing something forming down there in that general area.
