So I just got done taking my bail apart and I figured the problem out. Becuase the reel is graphite the side where the line roller is has a small lever like mechanism that broke for some reason I have only been using this reel for about 3 months and always rinse and clean/lube the reel after every use so I know there is no rust or sand in it. Do you guys think if I take it back I can get a new oneI return?
