I would say that deer is at least3 1/2 yrs old and I probably would shoot him. I think a better comparision could be made if there are other deer in the pics to size him up. (not sure where the pic was taken). But the problem is if he is a maturing buck that could breed this year, a full antlered deer isnt really going to mess with him because he can hurt them pretty bad with the bladed long cow horns.
