Default Kayak anchoring system?

I am thinking about purchasing one of the anchoring devices that I have seen in the fishing mags....specifically the Stick-It pin. I noticed that there are a few other brands/styles available, each one similar in design and intent, but with slight variations such as style or composition.

I use my Hobie to fish in and around Perdido Bay and its various inlets/bayous, Big Lagoon and Johnson Beach in the summertime. I also occasionally take it to East Bay or Shoreline. I spend 80% of my time in skinny water, so I would like to find something that is easy to use, easy to store and that will hold my 'yak even in windy conditions.

I would appreciate any suggestions and/or reviews thatmy fellow 'yak fishermen/women might be able to offer. Also, if any of the recommendations are available locally, I would prefer to support the local businesses.

Thanks to all!
