hmm havent really thought about the possibilities of poaching. just seems to me if someone poached a deer off the side of the road, they probably wouldnt hang out atthe crime sceneand cut the head off the deer. i would think they would either save time by tossin the deer in the back of the truck or drag it off the road so they wouldnt get caught. not the smartest idea to poach so im sure the people that do it arent the smartest people. maybe im reading too much into it..
