About two weeks ago, I posted a link asking for help regarding the legality of selling some guns. Below is what I have for sale. They will all be sold ?AS-IS? because I have not fired most of these and so I cannot guarantee the quality. I am going to sell them on a first come, first serve basis based upon the prices I got from a gun broker. If I do not get an offer that matches what I asked for I will sell to the highest bidder Thanks for any help in helping me sell these things. When I do sell them, I am going to ask for your name so I can run a check with the county office and then ask for a copy of your driver?s license and to sign a bill of sale, to cover myself legally. I know that might seem like much, but I am just trying to be safe and do it the right way. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me back. >Once again, all of the guns will be sold on a ?AS-IS? basis. Most of these guns have not been fired in a long time as they belonged to my Grandfather who passed away a few years ago, therefore, I cannot speak for the condition of them other than the visual look. I have photos of all of the guns as well and can email them to you on request, I just didn?t want to kill the size of this email by attaching a bunch of photos. Most of the guns are from the early 80?s or prior, probably a few considered antiques.
