RE: Any suggestions on carbon arrows
You need to consider your application before selecting.
If you are not going to be shooting an animal past 30-35 yards, then arrows that have a straightness of .005 or .006 will work. However, if you are going to be attempting to take an animal beyond that distance then I would go with an arrow straightness of .003 or less.
When shooting the longer distances you will definitely see tighter groups with arrow straightness of .003 or less.
And check the back of the arrow box and make sure that you are splined right for your draw weight, as it relates to arrow length.
I believe that Easton makes the finest arrows on the market today, although Gold Tip and Carbon Express will "Git er done".
