We are loaded up on Large Squid. I hope the storm will give us a push of Blue Water. Right now my plan is to start trolling at the Spur go down the east side of the canyon and back, then drop some sword baits down in the late afternoon. They are concerned the light won't be good enough to film at night and trashed myall night sword plans.I like the Idea of deep dropping during the day. I heard someone caught a sword in 300' at 4:00 PM the other day. I could put a couple on the bottom, one about 600' and one at 300'. Do you think I need some of those fancy lights or will a light stick be ok? We've had a few blow up on us at night. Tuna at the rigs has been suggested, but we don't know what we are doing and have only caught a few on accident.
