RE: Call Out To Former Smokers!
Ok, I smoked for 40 years. I quit only one time, cold turkey and I found right away another habit and it worked for me. Every time I wanted a smoke, I would chew gum, spearmint and only spearmint. Like I said, it worked for me and that was in 2001. I still chew gum but dont 'need' it as often anymore.
Good luck. Oh by the way, my appitite increased and gained a few pounds. Food tastes better.
