ive seen it but thats 2 different subjects. remember tips come after your meal not before. they dont know what their getting till its done. besides they need to earn it like everyone else earns their wages. that would be like me(the waiter or waitress)sitting in my air conditioned service truck and only going out there to work when something breaksor absolutely needs to be fixed(angry customer not getting the service he deserves) instead of being out there working all the time on stuff to keep it running well(happy customer who leaves nice tip).
