I have 2 family members who have worked food service just about thier whole life my cousin and her husband.
so I hear all the horror stories...Allthough I have gone to eat at a steakhouse here (which shall remain nameless) and the steak and service I recieved were so good I asked my waitress to take a 10$ tip straight to the cook for my steak because it was perfect. (He later came out to chat with us and ask if anything could have made the meal he prepared any better) as a young up and comming chef he did quite well.
Our waitress/ waiter allways asks do you need anything for your steak....Our reply " Not if its cooked right"
